Satyr Willie

I got the devil snowman and the dialogue from Willie (wearing satyr horns) which kicked off a quest to place the snowman and make Satyr Willie eat heartily. However, I have no live button to press to put Willie on the quest unless he is ON another quest (as soon as that other quest completes, the button vanishes). There is no "satyr willie" in my inventory nor my character selection panel. I have logged in and out, visited friends, gone to Krustyland and checked for updates, all to no avail.

Is this a bug, or am I awaiting some other event to kick it off?
