Sea Captain swab the ghostly deck?
I have this listed as a quest under his tasks, but can't get it to activate. Anyone else have this, or know how to jump start it? Thanks

I have the same problem. Sea Captain task in the Ghost Ship is locked!
Edit: also unrelated Homer had a task in Abu Simbel, it worked for a few days but that task doesnt work anymore! I hope they fix that task it was fun!
