So if I'm reading this right and correct me if I'm wrong please.You want EA to give you 696 donuts that you previously used or had in your old account and apply them into your new account?If that's it, then it's not gonna happen. You can always go back to your old town and those donuts or the items you bought with them will still be there.

you can't transfer used donuts to new account. you cant transfer even unused ones

Why cant you get your old town back? Just log in to it. It'll still be there.

If the old town was damaged or missing, they should return the donuts in a new account, but if you can access your old account then I doubt you'll get your donuts.
