We are aware that some players are currently experiencing difficulties accessing the game. If you have found yourself logged out of your account when you enter the game, your device has automatically logged you out. You’ll be able to sign into your account, and resume your game progress once the issues have been resolved.

Players who are able to access their accounts may not be able to change their accounts or create new ones. Additionally, they may be unable to visit/see their friends’ towns. These features will return once the issues are resolved.

Please note that your account, friend list, and towns are all saved and will be available once full features are brought back up.

Thanks for your patience. We will provide an update within the next few hours."

My Origin button is gone on my iPad. But not on my Nexus. I can log out and delete people on my Nexus but neither on my iPad.

iPad user. Was having frequent game crashes this morning and after giving everyone a 4 hour task at 11 AM EST I haven't been able to get in. Continued "The Origin network could not be reached at this time. Please try again later" message. Frustrating!! :x
