Server issues again! *important info*

I wish they gave warnings if they were doing upgrades or tweaks on the servers. This getting a little annoying.

Working fine for myself, just been playing and has been working all day, well I've probably just jinxed it for me after posting that, lol.

It had been ok all day, but I have not been able to get in the last half hour.

I too have had this issue for a few days now, but have found that while I can't get on with my ipad, I can get on with my iphone......

very strange.....

I just managed to connect, but it took six or eight tries.

They probably can't warn you when it's a problem that just comes up.

My guess is that either certain areas in the world are having problems allowing a user to contact EA's game server for TSTO, or their load balancing is sending you to a server that is not active. Hopefully they're working on it. They probably are, as TSTO is a big money maker for them.

The suggestion that the iPad hasn't released the connection, so it still works, is quite possible, too.

Things have been ok on my end. I just got off the game, visited all friends, and didn't have any problems. I'm playing on an Android tablet.

Same here. I playe all day and now can't log in. Although I'm still getting the notices that a neighbor has visited.

Third time I'm having connection issues!

I just read that EA got hacked again. Could be the reason why we kept getting outages these past couple of days. This is ridiculous!

Anyone who bought things directly from EA should watch their bank accounts, because credit card info was stolen. There weren't many numbers but don't take that risk.

I totally agree with you. There are going to be a lot of people who'll be way behind by the time this issue is resolved. I think it'll only be fair to those who had log in issues for this event to be extended.
