I've recently made a new town, and the SH 8 hour tasks are not available for it. They don't even show up as something I'm able to unlock like the regular jobs do.
Were the 8 hour tasks something that was only available if you had a town during this update, or is there some requirement that has to met to unlock these jobs for a new town?
