Ah! Yes, the scroll is quite restricted. The table is the ninth emblem prize, though, and those can be sped up with lots of donuts.

Yeah, I changed my name to DamnedDonuts after my lady kept bitcchin about me wasting money on those Damned Donuts. I told her it's donuts or dope. She quit complaining. Haha! 8)

Click on the Stonecutters Cup(next to the Visit Neighbors button) not the Sacred Parchment. The Sacred Parchment prizes can only be won after the scrolls are opened, so right now the most anyone could have gotten is 11 puzzles solved, the 10-puzzle solved prize of Number 22.
