The one reason I don't pay for doughnuts is because I don't advocate EA's pay-to-win approach to this game. The premium items you buy with doughnuts do give you a competitive edge over those who don't, and that isn't fair when you're playing a game that is based on achieving goals and arguably strategy. Valve sells cosmetic premium items in their Mann Co store for TF2, but none give you an unfair advantage for winning.
