Sideshow Bob mission

Keep playing. It is random and seems to be taking longer than usual for lots of people.

Search for Sideshow Bob in Other Springfield too. Once you learn where he always appear, it gets easier. That's how I completed the quest, I've found him everyday there, because in my town it really gets too long to reappear.

Thank you so much for everyone but I can't understand there's a red dot for this mission. Have I blocked something for...?

So you have 'Flaw and Order part .X...' (there are 3 parts to this quest line) in your task book but Sideshow Bob hasn't appeared in your town? Have you tried searching for him in Other Springfield in your friends screen? As there is an event on and depending what level you are, he may be by the Sprawl*mart. You can have a look about half way down the first post in this thread for more info about where SSB can be found in OS:

SSB doesn't appear in my town for a long time. I'm very sad 'cause I've found him on my friend's city but I can't tap on him. When I tap on SSB nothing happens.

I'm 43 level.

So this is my situation:

When you go to your friends screen, the first town you usually see in the list at the start is Other Springfield. Try going into this town to find SSB - somewhere near the Sprawl*mart.

Try looking for him in "Other Springfield" instead. It looks like you have been trying to tap on the playable character SideShow Bob (as opposed to the one needed to finish the quest - which can be found for certain in "Other Springfield" :))
