Sideshow Bob Welcome Sign in Yearbook 700 Item Mystery Box

Since I got Bob's Victorian Mansion, he no longer appears in the other Springfield. So, I can't tap on him to possibly trigger his quest line? The only Bob related item I see in the 700 box is Sideshow Bob Welcome Sign. Will that sign trigger his quest line? 😧

    The Victorian house is supposed to help, but it's still up to chance. It's a 10% chance with the Victorian House as opposed to the usual 1%.

    Where did you find the information about 1% chance? Wikia states supposedly there is a 10% chance of Bob appearing in your town, an increased chance since the Wacking day event.

    Bob never showed up since I reinstalled the game back in 2015. Got the Victorian House but no luck so far
