Sideshow Bob?
He shows up in my time daily and I've had him pop in a few friend's towns too. I've stopped looking for him. If he pops in an area that I'm doing something else I'll tap him, otherwise, he can stay where he is.

- I had a glitch yesterday where Sideshow Bob appeared over 20 times in different SF and to top it off the game oddly tracked him, I couldn't move the screen anywhere else as it just followed Bob until I tapped him, today however I've had no appearance.
- It tells me when he shows up and so far today as I said I've gotten the message three times and seen him at least another 4 times in other springfields.
- I lost him in my town when Halloween started, he had been there for weeks, then the update hit and he vanished, and I haven't seen him since.
- It feels like I'm getting more Bob action than usual. On the other hand, my play time is obnoxiously high right now, thanks to the Halloween event. So, maybe he's popping up at the normal rate and I'm just seeing him more because I'm playing more.
I have also experienced the "Tracking Bob" thing, but I've seen that in the past, too. In fact, if I can't find him after getting the alert in a friend's SF, I find that exiting and re-entering the same SF will eventually result in the "Bob Tracking" and I can smack him easily. - Since the Halloween update, I've had to tap him at least 8 or 9 times a day. Some stretches I'm even seeing him for 4 or 5 starts in a row. He's turning into one annoying little bastid. :thumbdown:
