Single Fences & Gates! (Updated!)
I'd rather have a fence tool, like the roads are. Just drag where you want them. One by one sucks. The gates idea is a good one. Burns Manor really needs one.

Gates would be good and also cars,but with the scaling issue they would all look like they have big head mode on while driving.
