It is a fun building that is way (at least to me) better than the Popsicle Tower or the World's Largest Zirconia (surprisingly small)...so I can't wait to get it. Question: Is it for Skinner and Selma, or Skinner and Patty? I know Skinner tried to marry Patty, not Selma. But I may have missed an episode with Selma.

The base of Sit-N-Rotate is rather large, kinda hard to fit in my standard block of land.

Anyway, I put this new aspirational building at the right edge of my town, so after the construction is done 3 days later, it won't block others displays in my Springfield.

Pretty much all of my adpirationals are on the right side of my town for the same reason you state.but I was able to place this one closer in in a spot where it blocks nothing but sidewalk.
Edit: stupid me...was just looking at where the tip landed and forgot all about the sides ...looks like it's going to the right!

More land is the first thing I check with every update, no matter how small. There are rumors that there are two strips of land in the files. Hopefully we get those sooner then later.
