Just visited about 30 friends towns, and have not a lost a single snake. First time that's ever happened to me. Don't wanna say it's definitely fixed, but it appears that way. I even stayed in a couple towns for a few minutes since before the longer you'd stay, the more you'd lose, and still didnt lose any.
