Snake total estimates

event ends May 9th.

that is approx 30 days to get 12500 snakes

100 friends, elite pass enables 10 snakes per friend = 1000 snakes per day
+ whatever you get in your town each day.

youll get way over the required 12500.

Putting speakers next to items that give snakes helps not to loose any of them

i heard you need 46.500 snakes to get everything. can anyone confirm this?

12500 wouldn't be a problem. with 100 friends you're done in a week.

Can we choose which items to get? There are some I don't want. In the past, we could just store up the "points" (in this case snakes) and use them on the things we want.

I may just skip some of the things and focus on the ones I really want.

I've got another 12 hours to go before Homer is done with his initial task and then will see what happens next.

Unfortunately no, have to go in order starting with prize 1 (Fort Sensible). So if you want the Coliseium/Tatum and Sleep-Eazy/Ms. Springfield, have to get all 10 prizes as those are the last two earned. Then after all the prizes, you get whack boxes for every 1000 snakes which can earn different donut amounts, up to 200 I believe.

Does the counter reset?

The counter does not reset. Just keeps adding. You get all the prizes at 12,500 snakes I believe. and Then for every 1,000 after that, you get a whack box (13,500/14,500/etc..) that may contain a lot of donuts.

So it's possible to earn everything, thanks, could take about 12 days. Ill just need to grind up to 400 snakes and the license.

So it sound like the normal holiday pattern. This who play daily will get the stuff fairly quickly, but it's not too high that people who jump in midway will miss out. At least not mis out on everything.

Now to get through the 24 hr Lisa/Homer tasks. I've seen neighbors with eggs and am getting jealous! ;)
