Having played since October 2012, usually snow appears during the holiday update.I love the snow and one year they kept it for a while. But others complained saying it made decorating difficult. This is now only true for new players or those who nuke their towns. :) Those who have established towns and are not really decorating enjoy it.So whenever the Christmas update comes out, we should get snow.I just miss the spooky dark clouds they had in Halloween 2013. I thoroughly enjoyed the aliens this year, but those dark clouds really created a mood. I hope they bring those back in the future.

Wow I had no idea so many people would be this interested in my topic. I saw snow scenes on google search images and that kinda told me it snows on this game. I never seen it as I started playing just before Easter of this year for the zap the bunnies and collect eggs event. Those poor little bunnies I still feel sad for them. LOL

Sunday is the Christmas episode so I would say it is a safe bet that there will be an update Thursday with a episode tie in to kick off the snow and Christmas event. I think last year it was on the 9th or 10th of December though.

If you don't see snow after Wednesday Dec. 3rd. 12 noon Pac or 3Pm est , chances are it's next week , as memory serves me, it was a Wednesday that fun began last year.

That would be much better than the candy cane towers we had last year! I hated those.
