i'm sure there are plenty of premium players who may not have bought krustylu and dr. nick in the past who are happy for the sale. and sales like this convert freemium to premium as well. might not be a great thing for those of us who already had both (myself included), but we can't win em all.

It would have been good if they had at least offered 200 donuts at a reduced price.

They could easily fix it. They can have him show up and just be proud that we already have the items offered. That can't be too hard to code to have him there just no offer.

do you mean if you already have what gils offering you get a discount on 200 doughnuts?

if so they'll never be able to do that because people would get angry they didn't get the offer as well if they didn't want what gil had and wanted the doughnuts instead.

pretty much anyone with all premium or whatever he's offering will get nothing until doughnut sales

And they're not being punished, they got what they decided to pay for, EA didn't make them buy it.

The fact is that anyone who can't see Gil is either a premium player or a hacker. They could have made him walk around and beg. Instead we are punished by not getting Gil to visit our town.
