Can you verify, Simpsons, if the use of this building is a one time thing? Somebody posted that once the tasks are done that you can't use it again (like the mini-golf).

I cannot verify, as I just sent Ralph & Chief on the 4 hour task, but I'll update later if no one else has.

So, does El Chemstri really take 3 days to build? 'Cause I read that somewhere...

It's a really nice building (not sure yet how design it's grounds though).
Now if we could only get the East Oak Street meth lab as well....
