So when Springfield estate reaches 2 Billion,

I have no neighbours at 2 billion. Highest is 1.3

I have 4 neighbors at 2 billion. Two Fs and two Ms. The F's are first but not alphabetical. The M's are alphabetical.

Basically the only way to get to 2 billion is if you picked up more than 10 mansions, condos, parking garages, or business centers before they fixed the glitch. I've upgraded everything now, and I am nowhere near $2 billion. If I bought the premium buildings and decorations I didn't pick up before it would add around $12, which would bring me closer to $1.6 billion.

The only other way is to produce lots of decorations, but that's not practical. And who needs all those jet skis?

That's were I am right now, 1.6 billion and can't see crafting 400 million of decorations.

This is pretty much true. I have 60 deluxe condos. But I think my neighbor just grinded the materials and bought jet skis and other items...

Now I feel bad. I can't get interested enough to get past $56 million.

my list has changed, people are more active with this event. Most quit progressing about $1.2-1.54b but that has changed in the last few days! Glad to see a renewed intrest!

I have 7 that have reached 2Billion another 43 over 1B with most of the rest getting close to to 1B goal.
I'm at a 1.6B no extra buildings from glitches. I've been keeping the stonecutter at the mountain lodge 1 hour earning lattes. When I have 200 I store a polo field and buy another. RE value 600k no grinding and my RE value slowly increases.

Ok so I know this is not the point of this thread but the maths are as follows:
Deluxe condo: 120,000,000
classic mansion: 179,200,000
valet parking: 240,000,000
business center: 300,000,000
modern mansion: 358,400,000
exclusive resort: 14,850,000
private island: 54,750,000
beach hideaway: 176,200,000
total: 1,443,400,000 ~= 1.40 billion

and that's without any decos but does include premium beach hideaway. 2 billion really shouldn't be that hard to reach. I think this update (4x rewards) will help people at least complete all of the buildings, which will give them motivation to get to 2 billion real estate value. A lot of my friends have jumped 100mil+ just today, some have done a lot more.
