Social battles in my town - no rewards?

If someone fights a social battle in my town, do I not get any "rewards" even if my superheroes lose? In other events you got a notice about someone visited your town, and you recieved currency (depending on event), and maybe also a notice about whom it was.

Or am I really unlucky that no one has yet picked my town for a social battle?


First off, I don't mean this message to come off as offensive. My guess is you do not have anyone picking your town.
