I religiously play the monorail event and prioritise it over events (even when it was 70.000.) I'd still do it without the donuts at the end.
I always rounded up My SH money to the nearest 100,000 every time I had to buy something. I hate loose change :) (I don't have to do it anymore since reaching 2 billion. The relief!)
I'm concerned that the Zirconia has to be displayed outdoors (not very secure) so store it in a "sunken vault" on an island.
I hate storing stuff so have as many items from every event and tie ins from the very beginning of the game as possible. (It annoys me when I there are buildings/decorations that don't "fit in" with the town's design
