Thank you for you kind words. I seldom send out invites these days - I am too afraid to receive another blow to may self-esteem (or to cite a forum classic - my superiority complex) from seeing another excellent town you all have on this thread :-P. But I am very happy I overcame my fear and asked you. And even happier you accepted - you have a nice town there!
