No it has other tasks, one as above where's it shapes itself into Homer, it also goes to the nuclear plant imporsonating Homer. Don't know of any other tasks until he finishes at Retro Lard lad.

This guy is awesome. One of my favorites characters so far.

He has bad aim though

I haven't used him for fighting, but now I want to.
