I agree about the warning. The same thing happened to me except I only spent about half a million. I was tapping something else, but it accidentally selected the IRS building and before I knew what happened, my money was gone. We shouldn't have to isolate buildings just to avoid accidental taps. Because accidental taps can happen anywhere and anytime: while dragging the screen around or automatic scrolling as the game likes to do sometimes.
