How do you accidentally spend 2800 crystals? What do you mean “scroll to a battle.” More explanation is required.

Par for the course. EA support has seemed useless since they accidentally gave out a Negotiator. I think they had all their rights pulled or something. All they tell me now when I have issues is "Being a fellow Gamer I understand why that would be frustrating. Now go fly a kite or post on the CG forums."

I was going to do a battle for kyrotech salvage and I must’ve put my finger on the part with crystals on it

I'd take a 2800 kyro spend over a 1280 enfys nest spend when I've had her 7* for i dont even know how long and yet still these toons are in that first store

I accidentally bought 3 different character shards in the first tab , think it was about 1800 crystals ish .
Contacted support and Guy was fairly helpful, recognising that I wouldn’t use crystals to buy shards for characters I’d had 7 stars for a year or more.
He said he’d give just over half the shards back as a gesture of good will.
I said fair enough , Thankyou.

Haven’t received anything yet and all my correspondence to the same ticket is ignored .

But still, how do you accidentally spend 2800 crystals scrolling to a battle? Did you click on a pack, then buy the pack?

Any confirmation of this? I posted something and the guy was pretty nice about it.
