Splurging with Holiday Donuts

I took the extra bonus and purchased the Grumble so basically he was free. On my wish list id frink's lab as I love that 1 hour task (like the low flying items). I may just save the rest for unique items and use all accumulated free donuts for permanent available items. Aztec theatre is on the list as well as Otto

I bought Barney way back when I first started playing, and I've never regretted it! I've also had Frink + lab, Duffman + brewery and Otto + schoolbus from the beginning, and I love them too. Even after playing for 5 months straight I never get tired of seeing Otto 'sleep it off' on top of the bus, I love watching Duffman ride his jet pack around the stadium, and it still amuses me to see Frink ride his flying machine around or test his remote-controlled gizmo.

I'm pretty sure I won't be getting the Grumple (120 donuts is a lot to ask for one character), but I'm very tempted to get Hank Scorpio + volcano lair + volcano lair holiday lights. It's the last character/building combo I'm at all interested in.

Miss Springfield + Sleep-Ezy motel don't appeal to me because she doesn't earn at the premium rate and doesn't have very cool/amusing outdoor tasks, and except for the Mayor (possibly?), other characters don't seem to have tasks at the motel. The Coliseum + Drederick don't interest me because I've read he only has one outdoor task (walking his pet tiger) and that building is HUGE! I've read no other characters have tasks at the Coliseum, either. It's true that only Duffman has tasks at Duff stadium, but they're outdoors (and funny!).

I don't think anyone but Scorpio has tasks at the Volcano Lair, but its animation is so cool when I see it in my neighbors' towns. Scorpio also has an outdoor task where he walks around town firing a flamethrower. Just holding off till tomorrow (Christmas day out here in So Cal) to see what other goodies may be in store before I pony up the donuts, I think.

You will want to spare your eyes and mind the pain of gazing upon mine until such time as I have earned enough money to buy some land and spread some stuff out. It looks pretty much like a premium farm at the moment.

All of our SF's have gone through that awkward phase at some point. Im still working on mine, have about 10 bulidings sitting there waiting for me to have time to do something with them.

Those 3,000 donuts can buy almost anything I bet! I still have all of my 345 from what I bought this morning, not sure what I want to spend them on yet, gotta be careful since it can basically only buy about 2 character/building combos.

I got Barney, Otto, Bumblebee Man, Duffman, the Aztec theater, two reindeer (standing next to the ClausCo building) and that Itchy thing in Krustyland. That cost about 1/3 of the shipload I got (with 15% discounted iTunes cards, by the way), and now I'm going to save the rest for the months to come...

I got Jimbo and Luanne/Cracker factory. I've got a fair number of the premium characters over time. I think the only one I dont have is the Texan, Scorpio and some of the non-playable premiums like the performers on the Squidport. I got the mime, but he and the other free performer GET LOST in my town so I havent bothered getting more.
