This is for creating, I wanted to create this holiday for my own purposes and fun. I just wanted to share my Ideas!

I wonder if we can make sims birthday's holidays? Like if I'm playing one family then that family can celebrate each child's birthday each year.

Really? This is Awesome, I thought it was love day.

We seem to have both from what we can tell, but they haven't gone into detail on which ones are built in.

I'm waiting to see what the options are for holidays! But I'd love to make a "Simworld Day" of some kind, I think.

I'm looking forward to making up fictional holidays. I really want more Halloween style celebrations so if it's a versatile system, my Sims will be playing dress-up a lot, lol. I'd also like to honor Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) permanently in my game because I just loved the event that one year we had it. If I can, I think I might have some supernatural holidays to honor Vampires, Aliens and Ghosts, and I might make a creepy Lovecraftian holiday too, for cults who worship the "Ancient Ones", and a day to honor Edgar Allen Poe, like "Day of the Raven".

I'm really looking forward to seeing how the custom holiday feature works. :)

Oh, well then I plan on making holidays related to my roleplay that are specific to a divine god/goddess for every month (not including the usual holidays)

I like the idea of making SimNation day, not exactly an independence day, as I'm not aware of sim history ever involving the claiming of independence as an autonomous state previously under the rule of any other state, but a SimNation day could be a sims-wide celebration of, well, sim-ness.

I also like the idea of minor holidays, things like vampire emancipation day; remembering when sim vampires were accepted into society (which they obviously were at some point or they'd be hiding it all the time) or maybe Growfruit day; remembering when the tasty Growfruit where first discovered.

I do hope though that holidays don't work like they did in 3, when you had to have the day off work. I want sims to be able to opt out of celebrating a day and be able to go to work as normal.

With Halloween,Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Year's,Love Day and Easter being in Seasons I hope we get a lot of stuff for each holiday.

With Love Day I'm hoping for Slowdancing,The Love Tester Machine and the Vibrating Heart Shaped Bed and Lip Sofas.

Easter could use some items as well. Glad we're getting the Easter Bunny Npc.
