I think you're right that you can only get the Lemon tree from the mystery box.
Are you sure you didn't get the Orange tree from the Black Friday Promotion?

Pretty sure I didn't. But I think I must have gotten a Homer Budda box from a Mystery Box, and gotten my orange tree from that.

Just completed and received an apple tree!

Finished yesterday and got an orange tree. Glad I did, I stocked up on Valentine trees thinking they look sorta like the Apple trees. :wink:

Got an apple tree. Was hoping for an orange tree, but oh well.
