@Annathewicked - if it's a dead email issue have a good look at your EA account and answer the security questions based on what they have, or don't have, on file.
If they ask for your address and you never told them before tell them it is not on file rather than where you live for example. Hope you get a good help tech and get it solved :)
If your email is active and you're just not getting codes head to the website for your email provider and check the Junk/Spam folder there. Don't rely on an app, they sometimes only check the inbox.
