Yeah I don't like them either. I managed to combine a couple of every SH building with regular buildings and make the area look cohesive, but the rest of them are shoved to the back edge of my map like an architectural junkyard until time comes that I can afford to give up their % value.
Like a lot of folks I did the SH grind before the 8hr tasks were on offer... ugh, the pain... I wouldn't mind another one now, it'll be a doddle.
