I haven't even unlocked the third prize in part 1. I only have about $113M at the moment and have been doing stuff in SH since it first opened. I just don't have time to get on the game 100 times a day since things only take like 30sec-15 min.

Will Number 1 be available for purchase, or is it only for those who already have him?

SH still sucks and will do so until it is fixed. When all is said and done, we have nothing except empty buildings that are never used for anything, no daily task no nothing and they don't earn anything.

What's the actual trigger for part two?

I've seen the "chapter two is now unlocked" popup and got the quest to unlock the marketing agency, but can't actually do so as it won't let me buy any of the land around it.

I assume there's some minimum "land value" threshold? Do you have to complete the whole bar first? (I'm only up to just shy of 200M, and I think I've been playing it fairly constantly...)

The Opera House doesn't start... Any idea why not?
