How do you get to 65m I'm at 2m is there something I need to do that I don't know ?

I am at 70 million. Only level 5 buildings I have are two condos. Right now, I have I am saving up to level up the business center to 5 and buy all the of the parking lots, business centers, and mansions.

I bought Disco Stu, even though I think he is too pricey. It was the only character I was missing who has a job in SH.

I am astonished that I am 53rd on my leader board. That is awesome. I am so happy to see so many people fully engaged with this expansion.

I have a real estate value of 23.19 M and am resisting the urge to rush too much. Land is my prime objective, and then perhaps a nuke. I have to do something to drastically reduce my item count and nothing drops that number like a nuke, lol.

Loving this expansion.

Got everything with all freemium workers except last two @ Theater

Level/Amount bought:
-Deluxe Condo: 4 (3 L5, 1 L3) So easy to upgrade I cant help it.
-Modern Mansions: 4 (1 L5, 1 L2, 2 L1)
-Classic Mansion: 6 (2 L4, 3 L2, 1 L1) Focusing on these cause the extra parts are most useful.
-Valet Parking Level 3
-Business Center Level 3

sometimes buildings vanish in the inventory and morph into another one. ive got like 20 classic mansion and up to 15 from the other except condos^^

I'm at about 60 mil in real estate value.

Have 2 level 5 condos and 1 level 4
(I've combined these into a condo complex)
1 level 5 classic mansion
1 level 3 valet parking

All storage at max level except for the theatre which is at 100.

Right now I'm saving resources to finish upgrading the theater and open more land so I have room to design. I've done some decorating, mostly with things I can buy with furniture, since I have plenty of that. :D
