Springfield oddities / game changes you've noticed since you started playing.

+ I noticed that the lemon tree (got mine in mystery box months ago) has a now payout of 200$ When the tree was new, there was a payout of 1000$. I am pretty sure about this.

There's new graffiti on the school when you vandalize another person's town. Can't really read it. Anyone know what it says?
