Spying on neighbours

I think there are 3 tasks you have to do before you can do that, and even then I think your friends need to be at that point in the game too.

(correct me if I'm wrong anyone :-) )

    I think you're right about them needing to update. My other Springfield gives out emblems but nobody else does

    I think once you're updated then you can spy once you get past the third task. I'm available to be spied upon :mrgreen:
