Correct, but it's not all land. There will be 2 rows of water to purchase to place boardwalk tiles on. Also, I don't think regular buildings(Moes, Android, etc..) will be able to be placed on the boardwalk land expansion. I could be wrong, but we will see.

Maybe not, the majority of those buildings have to be placed on the boardwalk not around town. Only Herman's store, Zestys, Community center, bomb shelter and maybe Planet Hype will be able to go in our towns, the rest of those shops are restricted to the boardwalk.

Yet another update where a large majority of the update looks to be available to attain - 13 buildings and 2/3 main characters by my reckoning - without spending any donuts or without having to spend hours visiting neighbours to get all the items. As others have said though, it won't stop the complainers.

Even though there aren't many donut items, they all add up to 645 donuts, so yeah, expect the complainers out in full force :)

I was just thinking the same. Going to have to redesign the area by the water to make it flow nicely with the boardwalk. Better start today, who knows when this drops. Although I expect it in two weeks since the Yard Sale doesn't end til the 29th/30th.

There's an error message in the scripts that appears when trying to place shops anywhere other than the boardwalk, so it appears all those boardwalk stores will have to go on the boardwalk.

I'm sure Herman's store & the Bomb Shelter can be placed in the town. Planet Hype is part of the Squidport, so that will have to go there.
