My thoughts too. Herman's, bomb shelter, Zestys and community center will be town buildings not boardwalk. I'd love to put Planet Hype in my restaurant district, but I believe like you said, it will be restricted to the boardwalk .

I wonder if those performers are only walking decorations & it seems they might only walk around the boardwalk. Which I don't mind. Don't need those people walking around everywhere

I hope theyre restricted to the boardwalk, but wont mind if they can walk anywhere. I'm imagining them as basically Funzo's with cool animations. Hope at the very least they give a bonus % for all those donuts. Looks like the Jackson 5 puppet didn't make the cut... Wonder why since he was in the files.

Yea that's what I'm hoping. Hopefully Handsome Pete isn't restricted since he is a regular character.

Definitely not a event. It will be a permanent update probably level 30 or 31 I would imagine

when do you built the water i am on level 28
