Squishing Neighbors Skeletons? (Spoilers)
Neighbor nightmares are not reflective of what's actually in their town. So if you tap a nightmare, it doesn't "steal' it from your neighbor.
Furthermore, neighbors will only have one kind of nightmare which depends on whoever is at the campfire (if they haven't gotten far enough in Act 3) or Star Spawn if they are far enough to have Star Spawn appear in their own town.
