menu buttons squished up

this has happened before i cant remeber how It got fixed but i did erase all my

saved games. the menu is squished up and i cant press any of the buttons. I'm also on mac

    Move your mods folder to the desktop and see if it works now.

      it did work but now my mods aren't showing and when I put it back in the big sims folder it happened again so I took it out

        Look for updates where you got the mods. They need updating every time the game is updated.
