I wouldn't do it. They usually don't release the update until late afternoon the following day.

I'm in California, so phase 1 ends at 1am my time. Countdown clock confirms it.
And since I work a late shift tomorrow (10a-7p), I don't have to get up until about 8:30a for work. I can still get 6-7hrs sleep... And if I'm short? No biggie, I'm off Tuesday. I can catch-up then.
So, yes. I'll be staying up late tonight.
