- Chalkboard scene said it all really. My wife actually cried a little when she saw Bart's face.
We got our first really big laugh from the Simpsons in a long, long time. Near the end, when Wiggum is taking about Ralph:
He's afraid to flush the toilet. He thinks it's his brother.
Overall, a pretty funny episode. ashertye450 wrote:
I was surprised. Had no idea Edna K's VA had passed away. Makes me sad, I liked her character a lot, particularly once she got paired with Ned. Was very sweet they let Bart say good-bye in the opening credits. But now I'm left wondering what they'll do with the Krabapel character.
most likely retire her like they did for Phil Hartman`s characters- They've already said they will "retire" her. Given how far ahead they make the eps, this might not be for a while.

I just watched the episode, I liked it. I cracked up at Chief Wiggum's line: "That boy won't die on my watch....which luckily ends...now. Bye!" (Not verbatim, but that was the gist :P )
