Still can't decide on rubber baby buggy bumpers

She has two visual tasks, 1 hour with the suitcase & 4 hour wearing a lamp shade/Charlie Chaplin disguise. They are quite amusing. She's not voiced, but she does earn premium, the building is a bit silly :)

I did buy the combo and I'm not quite sure why as I was going to wait for Ling. I blame an early weekend morning before the second cup of coffee. Do I regret it? No not really, but in a way she's just an extra character. She doesn't help with the Rail Yard or SH, I have quite a few premium characters that do but if I wouldn't have them I don't think I would've gotten Lucille. She does have a task at Calmwood and she's the only one besides Grumble that does.

Freemium here too and I usually only spend those precious donuts during a Gil sale, however getting a character and building for this price, that also gave quest currency I just couldn't resist. Her visual tasks are awesome too which makes a nice change!

Buy it because it is a good deal! You get a building and premium character for a good price! Plus she is limited and that price may not be back for a while.

I think she's good value. Her animations are funny, she's a classic character, and the way she lopes around SF is almost another animation in itself!
