Dr. Hibbert is Stonecutter No. 2. Not sure where your skin would have gone. Maybe try storing/unstoring him?

the skin does nothing, expect pay at premium. There are no related visual tasks. This is the only Stonecutter skin I dont have. Seemed like a waste of donuts
