Ok, moving SPP (I was literally chasing the guy through my town) didn't work either. He was right next to SPP and when I directed him to perform the 10 hr task, he walked further down and went into Howard's Flowers. So, effectively, I have not been successful in getting Wise Guy into SPP. Congrats (in advance) to those that can ~ please post screen shots as I'd love to see the building animated :)
