Castle Recycle & Boxingham Palace

Castle recycle is unlocked at pt 9. However you have to start part 1 of the boxed in quest to unlock boxingham palace. Anyone know when that starts? I just got boxingham palace and need to unlock it. Currently finishing prince and the premise pt 9.

My castle recycle has finished building, archer Lisa is upgraded to level 6, and all quests have been completed.
Goblin Bart and boxingham palace has been opened, but I still don't have the boxed in quest.
I am level 12.

What do I have to do to get boxingham castle and goblin Bart?

Probably need to unlock Bart first. But I think his quest is unlocked after Lisa's is done.

Similarly to the discussion above, you must get to the proper part of the main questline before she will unlock- in this case Prince and the Premise Pt. 18.

Also, make sure you have original Marge.
