I'm almost tempted to do to see if it will finally unlock my hospital. Four times through level 41, and half way through my 3rd time through level 43. Yet my hospital still is locked. Welcome to the forum and if you haven't figured it out yet here's how to add pictures to your post
First you have to upload to a photo sharing site I use a site called imgur or you could use tinypic like Jim anyway once you uploaded it you will get a URL you will need that then when you are going to post paste the url here with the img tags so it'll look like this
