Stuff can be placed on ice tiles
Just found out that different items can be placed on ice tiles, but not all. King Winter’s cave can, some of the snowmen, but not all of them. One of my Homer snowmen can, the other (identical) cannot...

I noticed that, though the North Pole Station can go on ice, the Monorail tracks cannot. Somehow I managed to get a few on the ice, but I have no idea why.
