This is correct; though it should be noted that 'maxing out' the level on each building isn't required. Just a Level 1 of whatever will add the bonus. The exception to this is the Private Island, which for some reason has to be Level 2 to confer its bonus.

Also, the Exclusive Resorts don't pay out a hidden XP bonus, so you don't have to bother with those if you don't want them unless you need the boost to consumerism in the conform-o-meter.

So what buildings have it? I started putting some stored out but gave up as I ran out of space and to lazy to do math :roll:
