Based on his list of items, probably a minievent. Especially since I don't think they've ever done full blown events back to back.

I'd guess that it be a mini event as they don't usually do a full event after another.

It's listed as 4.27.5, but has not hit any stores yet. Be patient. The files on on the server, the game has yet to be put out by the various stores.

Seems like you can get some kind of rewards from the excavation site but not sure how yet
