Best I've found so far, no you can't have them do both, but so far they all have four hour tasks that gives four amateur bucks, and the cool down time is four hours, so there should be synergy there if you want it!
I've been able to do both.

So you get the pay out whether you win Tap Ball 3-1 or 4-0? The same pay out?
Yep, same payout. Score doesn't matter, you just need to win.
