That is not what i am talking about. I took advantage of that too.

When it was first released if you tapped someones tile it actually stole it from them and then they had to pay for another one and wait for it to be created again. then you could steal it again. there was a lot of people dumping friends because of that.

I would think you helped them and reset their timer, like other buildings you'd tap. Or you've damned their children to a life of misery and hardship. One or the other.
